- The Governors, Principal, staff and students of Ormiston Six Villages Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational Second in Department - Science, to join a dedicated and collaborative team with a strong focus on securing progress for every student.
- This position of Second in Science at Six Villages is a key appointment. The Second in Science will work collaboratively with the Head of Department to further strengthen science provision across both key stages and the raising of standards in student achievement. The successful applicant will be an experienced classroom practitioner who provides highly engaging and innovative learning opportunities across both key stages to ensure students make exceptional progress in science and are provided with the skills they need to be successful in both the academy and their future lives.- This post would suit an experienced second in department looking to further their leadership experience in preparation for department headship, or an established classroom practitioner looking to progress to the next career stage.
