A wonderful opportunity exists to join Google’s highest rated Estate Agent in Finchley Central with a current Google rating of 4.9.

We are looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join the busy lettings department of a very well known and 34 years established firm of Estate Agents in Finchley Central.

The right applicant will be passionate about property, be self motivated, have drive and ambition, have a professional work ethic, have a good telephone manner, be of smart appearance, have access to a car, hold a full UK drivers licence, be happy to work alternative Saturday mornings from 9.00am -1.00pm and live within a 10 mile radius of our office in Finchley Central.

In return we can offer a competitive salary in the region of £45,000-£50,000 (depending on the applicant's experience) including monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses and a 15% commission structure with 10% commission for any renewals thereafter and a petrol allowance.Sales commission will also be available in addition.
