Performing basic health assessments, such as height, weight, and BMI measurements. Providing health education to patients on topics such as lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and disease prevention.

**Administrative Tasks**: Updating patient records accurately and confidentially using electronic medical records within TPP SystmOne. Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings. Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries. Managing and ordering medical supplies and equipment.

Assisting with administrative tasks related to patient referrals and prescriptions. Stocking clinical rooms Emptying waste from clinical rooms Supporting Healthcare Professionals: Assisting general practitioners (GPs) and practice nurses during patient examinations and procedures. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure efficient delivery of care. Communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals and external agencies involved in patient care.

**Infection Control and Health & Safety**: Adhering to infection control policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Following health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace. Professional Development: Participating in training and continuing education programs to update skills and knowledge relevant to the role. Keeping abreast of changes in healthcare regulations and best practices.

**Patient Support and Advocacy**: Providing emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. Advocating for patients' needs and rights within the healthcare system. You will be required to adhere to standards set forth by regulatory bodies such as the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and comply with relevant legislation such as the Data Protection Act and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
