**Telesales Operator -Sheffield - Salary depending on experience + Benefits**
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a company based in South Sheffield who are looking for a Telesales Operator. This is a great opportunity working with a leading organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing providing support and assistance to consultants, generating leads and setting appointments. You will be a team player who is passionate, driven and hardworking.
**Telesales Operator Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to qualify leads that have been generated by asking appropriate questions to your respective Decision Maker
- Promoting the services of the organisation - various financial services including corporate insolvency, personal insolvency, financial services
- Logging information on a CRM system, arranging call backs, creating a pipeline - ultimately making a qualified, lucrative appointment for a trained Consultant to visit
- Self-generating leads
- Managing large volumes of call data
- Providing regular updates with consultants, colleagues and management

**Hours**:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 mins for lunch
**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate with experience in using Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Successful experience of working within a B2B telesales environment
- Proven track record of achieving targets
