The hours of work and shift patterns are:

- **Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 05:30-14:30,**:

- **Tuesday 05:30-13:30**

The rates of pay are**:£12.50**

Main Responsibilities
- To effectively and efficiently, manage resources to ensure the best use of people, plant and materials and meet output, product quality and customer service targets. Ensure that all Amber Foods customer and legal requirements are followed at all times e.g. food safety, product quality, policies and procedures. Work as a Team to support each area key deliverables.
- Review, develop and manage your team in order to ensure that they maintain acceptable levels/standards of performance, attendance and conduct.
- To ensure that the site is legally & contractually compliant in all areas and to actively promote hygiene & health & safety, immediately halting any unsafe working practices & taking appropriate action to remedy.
- Achieve planned production throughput.
- Monitor the ongoing progress of the operation, liaising with fellow team leaders and other departments as necessary to alleviate problem areas & resolve problems.
- Ensure that all employees within your team know their roles/accountabilities, that training is provided to meet these, and that all 2SFG policies and procedures are complied with.
- Communicate, liaise and escalate issues with the Shift Manager, colleagues and other departments where necessary.
- Ensure that the site achieves and maintains the targeted level of accreditation through customer/legal auditing processes.
- To monitor and complete all relevant documentation as required e.g. staff sheets, materials usage, customer orders, efficiency sheets.
- Actively manage time & attendance, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are complied with
- Deputise for Production Shift Manager and or Factory Manager in their absence.
- Undertake other tasks relating to the effective operation and continual improvement that may be required occasionally or as a permanent addition to accountabilities and responsibilities.

- Experience working in a Food Manufacturing environment,
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to priorities & organize own workload and work to time deadlines

- Be a calm and patient influence
- Ability to problem solve and influence in a fast-paced environment with sometimes conflicting priorities
