The Opportunity:
We are excited to currently be recruiting for an Financial Crime apprentice to join us on an 15 months FTC basis at our Head Office in Bristol. This is a development post and as such requires attendance for online lectures and learning via our apprenticeshipprovider. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter who is keen to take their first steps on the path to a career in Risk and Financial services as part of a friendly and high performing team.

As a Financial Crime apprentice you will support both the Financial Crime Risk Management and Financial Crime Operations teams in delivering a first-class service to our customers whilst effectively managing risk, and will collaborate and support in severalareas including:

- Financial Crime Risk Management
- Transaction Monitoring
- Customer Due Diligence
- Fraud
- Change Management

This role also offers the benefits of flexible hybrid working with a blend of office and working from home.

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about building and gaining experience of working in Banking and Risk, and will have strong numeracy, organisational and analytical skills.

A diverse thinker with an adaptable and flexible approach, you will have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and will be a supportive team player.

This opportunity involves enrolling on an level 3 compliance and Risk officer apprenticeship via our provider BPP, GCSE Maths & English qualifications are required to enrol on this course grade A-C (9-4 on the new grading system).
