**Working arrangements**: Full time (35 hours a week). Standard working hours between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working. This is post is responsible for supporting face-to-face events which will result in variable attendance in the office as needed.

**About you**

We’re looking for a well-organised confident communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The successful applicant will support the Education Directorate to deliver a wide range of our educational activities including; face to face and virtual workshops, masters level programmes, accreditations and e-learning courses.

**Purpose and Scope**

This post will provide administrative and event co-ordination support for all the above activities, from initiation of an activity to on the day front of house support and organisation and follow up. The directorate is expanding, activities are increasing, and we need a strong team player to help us deliver our portfolio.
