**Metering Scheduler Duties;**
- Dealing with both inbound and outbound customer appointment calls
- Scheduling work for Field Engineers to ensure their working day is efficient as possible
- Arranging access as appropriate (primarily over the telephone) to ensure engineer can complete scheduled jobs
- Ensuring that all jobs are claimed by the morning after job completion
- Identifying any issues and raising to Metering Delivery Manager
- Providing support to all Field Engineers and sub-contractors
- Maintaining work management database and any other relevant systems
- Ensuring industry flows are sent where necessary
- Liaising with other departments to ensure optimum service delivery
- Handling of ad-hoc queries from engineers, customers, suppliers, and other teams

**Metering Scheduler Skills;**
- Previous experience within an administration focused role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Utilities industry knowledge (desirable)
