**Peabody**has an exciting opportunity for a **People Relations Administrator**to join us on a **full time, permanent** basis based in **South East London**. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£30,000 per annum.**

As our **People Relations Administrator,**reporting to the People Relations Manager, you will be an important member of the People Relations and Wellbeing team, with the key responsibility of providing comprehensive administrative supportto a team of People Relations Specialists.

Your role will be part of a centre of expertise where collaborative team working will be essential to ensure the business receives an efficient people relations service. You will be expected to promote and adopt a shift towards a more data-led approach topeople relations and wellbeing.

This role will require a minimum of 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office.

**What we're looking for in our People Relations Administrator**:

- Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally in an HR team
- Experience in using information systems
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An interest in people relations matters and UK employment legislation

**What you can expect to be doing as our People Relations Administrator**:

- Working directly with a team of People Relations Specialists providing them with a professional, timely and accurate administrative service which will assist them in managing the coordination of end-to-end people relations casework in a centre of expertisededicated to people relations and wellbeing
- Setting up formal and informal meetings (both remote and in person) relating to the full spectrum of people relations issues including but not limited to grievance, discipline, capability, and sickness absence. Where necessary, arrange rooms and refreshmentsand collate and circulate accurate information bundles to meeting attendees
- Taking accurate notes at formal and informal meetings, transcribing, completing, and distributing them to the relevant parties before the required deadline
- Drafting correspondence related to people relations casework, as requested by the People Relations Manager and/or Specialists
- Ensuring that any contribution to people relations activity takes account of Peabody’s wellbeing strategy
- Fully participating in the review of people relations casework, both in group settings and in individual reviews (including internal audits)
- Handling requests for people relations data by preparing management information, including, where necessary, the creation of reports from the prevailing HR Information system
- Assisting with the administrative arrangements for the delivery of Peabody training packages in relation to the management of people relations casework
- Providing administrative support to wellbeing initiatives and wider HR-related projects and activity across the People and Culture team
- Ensuring that people-related policies, templates, and toolkits are distributed to relevant parties and securely stored
- Establishing collaborative and productive working relationships with Peabody’s recognised trade unions and colleague representative groups and networks, distributing documents where required
