**The role**
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our amazing team. Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role is based at PLTHQ and will involve providing administrative support across a range of HR activities. This is a true generalist role, with involvement with all key HR functions and our PLT teams. You will be the first point of contact for team queries interacting with all our internal stakeholders.
**Your team**
**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for providing an efficient administration service for the full range of HR matters and for maintaining accurate records and personnel files and assisting with ad hoc project work as directed
- Ensure new starter details are set up on all HR systems and complete payroll administration
- Maintain the company’s HR system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Responsible for the improvement of HR processes, informing the HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner where processes can be streamlined or more efficient
- Ensure file audits are carried out regularly and in line with legislative requirements
- Track and manage probationary reviews and end of probation confirmations to ensure that all staff are aware of their performance and receive timely feedback
- Responsible for producing HR-related documentation including but not limited to contract amendments, leaver processing, salary increase and promotion letters, long service letters, documentation relating to family leave
