**Operations and Logistics Manager | Burntwood, Staffs | Full Time | £40,000 plus performance bonus**

- Proven successful record in working in a fast-paced logistics function
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and recall)
- Possess a natural problem-solving ability
- Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft packages, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management
- Flexible, team player, trustworthy, reliable

**What will your role as an Operations and Logistics Manager look like?**
- Management of all staff based in Burntwood Build Centre (workshop and sales staff)
- Working closely with workshop supervisor to ensure that there is a continuous improvement achieved
- Weekly management meetings with workshop supervisor, sales manager and quality

manager at Burntwood
- Monthly management meetings with Directors to update on progress, recommendations for improvements and setting of objectives recommended
- Collating and reporting of KPI’s to Directors
- Management of health and safety policies working closely with the H&S officer in APT as

well as the outsourced contacts
- Attendance of any meetings with principal suppliers to APT held in the UK and abroad as

required and when relevant
- Analysis of KPI’s, charts and figures and presentation of trends to Directors and Managers
- First person to attend site
- Daily plan for the day with workshop supervisor to get update for the work planning for the day
- Daily meeting with Sales manager to get update on current quotes and general sales

forecast in comparison to workload in production
