You will work 37.5 hours a week in the new 12-bed CAMHS service - Bere Clinic in Waterlooville - which opens in September 2021, supporting young people aged 12-17 with eating disorders. With an onsite school providing educational services while the youngpeople are in our care and full multidisciplinary team, it's a great opportunity to be part of something new and help shape its future.

With a background of working in the NHS or private sector, you will have experience in supporting young people and their families, who have a history of unsuccessful treatments to engage in innovative interventions to create meaningful change.

As a Family Therapist, you will carry a complex caseload that will involve supporting young people and children with an eating disorder, this will see you act as an internal care coordinator to families, providing guidance and consultations. There will alsobe opportunities to run therapeutic groups for the young people on the wards.

You will have the opportunity to influence the therapeutic milieu on the ward by offering 'reflective practice' sessions and training with the nursing staff/healthcare assistants. The wards run according to a trauma-focused model.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- MSc / Post Graduate Diploma in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy
- Registration with UKCP
- 4 years post qualifying experience
- Substantial CAMHS experience
