5K welcome bonus
Salary: Basic £45-50k plus up to 21% bonus OTE, £5k welcome bonus and additional on call allowance.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Children's Home Registered Manager to come on board at our 3-bedroom home for young people aged with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets the needs of the young people in our care and provides a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the children's home
- Ensuring that the home complies with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the home is safe, effective, and responsive
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of care professionals
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff to ensure that they deliver high-quality care services
- Ensuring that care plans are developed and implemented in line with the needs of individual young people.
- Monitoring and reviewing care services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of children and young people and their families.

Requirements:
- Registered Manager with Ofsted or willingness to register.
- Level 5 in Leadership & Management ideally or commitment to achieve (paid for)
- At least 2 years' experience in a management role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent orgainisational skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources
- Passionate about providing high-quality care services for children and young people.
