Location: Aldridge
**Salary: £10.50ph, (£20,475 annual)**
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday

Our client is a leading company in the interior design sector. They’re currently seeking an experienced Sales administrator to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for supporting their sales team and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders accurately and maintaining inventory levels
- Preparing quotes and proformas
- Responding to customer queries, and scheduling showroom appointments
- Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintaining customer records on internal databases
- Assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry and filing

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience with Sage 200 is highly desirable,
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role,
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines,
- Experience in the interior design sector is advantageous.
