We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Sales Marketing Administrator for our commercial cleaning company, to grow the brand awareness and generate new business.

**Key Duties**:

- Oversee and assist with the day-to-day management of marketing packages
- Market the business brand in the intermediary market, with an ultimate goal of increasing brand awareness and generating new business
- Oversee business website, improving SEO, user-experience and ensuring accuracy of content
- Responsible for the creation of social media content to maintain strong online presence
- Create multi-channel campaigns that promote the business brand
- Create Quarterly Newsletters using Adobe InDesign, utilising content provided
- Make website updates including adding banner adverts, breaking news and page updates
- Work on strategies which will enhance search engine optimization
- Monitor marketing trends and keep up to date with industry news and activity
- Compiling presentation packs for potential new clients
- Monitoring tender portals and new business opportunities on a regular basis
- Required to attend site visits to support the Operational Team.

**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Proven experience of marketing and able to demonstrate marketing skills
- Commercially astute, with a strategic approach and able to demonstrate success in driving change and increasing revenue within a small budget
- Ability to efficiently and accurately complete tasks
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and to prioritise as necessary
- Proactive approach with project management skills to oversee new campaigns and projects from start to finish
- Excellent standard of written & verbal communication
- Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships
- Professional and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate
- Strong organisational skills and efficiency
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Commercially-minded
- Creative with an eye for detail

In return for your hard work, you will earn a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 plus excellent benefits.

At Genie Cleaning Services, our commitment also lies in supporting charities and organising events to aid various charitable organisations throughout the year. We hold our own annual Children in Need raffle open to schools in the Birmingham area, donating prize money to the schools CIN funds. We also donate, vouchers, Christmas Tree’s and Easter Eggs to our local schools each year. We reach out to our employees by way of a newsletter regarding any charity/local community work they are involved in so we can help spread awareness or aid in any fundraising needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
