Kirks are looking for an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator based around one of our offices in either Hereford or Plymouth to join our friendly team. This can be either a part (min. 21 hours) or full time (35 hours) role as will be based on a hybrid working arrangement of 1 or 2 days in the office and the remainder working from home. We can be flexible if you can

**THE ROLE**:
Initially on a 6-month contract leading to permanent.

The role will be primarily to progress and close CVL cases so the ability to work on your own initiative and manage your case load effectively is essential.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Setting up new cases and closure of cases using IPS software
- Completion of ethical checklists, money laundering documents and other checklists
- Liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis, including agents, directors and creditors
- General day to day administration of cases
- Conducting statutory investigations, including reviewing accounts, bank statements
- Report to managers on a regular basis to update them on case progression and any compliance issues encountered
- Drafting annual and final reports, statement of affairs and other statutory documents

**REQUIREMENTS**

CPI is desirable but not essential as we will support you to achieve this by paying for the training and accomodation required to obtain this qualification.

You will be resilient, able to multi-task and work independently / flexibly and adaptable, organised and conscientious. Due to the hybrid nature of the role you will be happy to manage your own case load with mínimal supervision.
