- Duties & Responsibilities

**Please note this role is advertised on Fixed Term basis - up to 1 year**
- _**_Purpose_**
- The Regional Marketing Lead is responsible for leading and developing marketing and communications projects and campaigns for the assigned regions and business units. _

**_Functions_**
- ESSENTIAL_
- _By working closely with the Sales, Business Development and Product Leads, develop a clear understanding of business objectives in the region and key success indicators._
- _Support with the development of marketing strategies for the regions and business units._
- _Recommend strategies to implement in regional and business unit marketing plans that align with business objectives. _
- _Contribute at Business Unit and Business Development meetings on a strategic level._
- _Working with the wider Global Marketing and Communications team, develop suitable advertising and marketing campaigns that align with the business unit and business development strategies_
- _Lead the planning, coordination and execution of all aspects of regional trade shows, events and webinars. Develop comprehensive reports to track the ROI of events and evaluate performance including but not limited to, lead tracking, surveys, post event track and provide recommendations for the future based on the results and feedback. _
- _Support the Market Intelligence Team with competitor analysis _
- _Supervise and develop the marketing budgetary plan for the assigned and assist with processing invoices for payment in a timely manner._
- _Maintain promotional items and marketing materials inventory and process orders._
- _Work closely with the broader Global Marketing and Communications team to ensure brand consistency and contribute with brainstorming ideas which align with the company’s vision and devise plans to execute these concepts._
- _Work with stakeholders and the wider Global Marketing and Communications team to create strategic marketing plans, write engaging and effective copy with strong value proposition messaging._
- _Create policies and templates to improve business processes and efficiencies _

**_Supervisory Responsibilities_**
- _This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities. _

- _This position will report to the Global Marketing Manager_
- Qualifications

**_Qualifications_**
- REQUIRED_
- _Bachelor degree or experience equivalent in communication, marketing, hospitality management, related field preferred or experience in lieu of degree _
- _Knowledge and experience of general business and trade shows_
- _Knowledge and experience of webinar technology_
- _User of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) desired_
- _Strong organizational, time, budgeting, and project management skills_
- _Strong people skills with excellent oral and written communications skills_
- _Strong sense of ownership over projects and tasks, and able to identify new opportunities_
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint_
- _Experience in the oil and gas industry _
- _Valid driver’s license_
- _Fluent in English _

- _Digital marketing campaign knowledge_
- _Knowledge of marketing automation_
- _Wordpress experience_
