We rely on our client-focused Project Management Team to use their organisation and communication skills to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, whilst providing a first-class client experience to our global clients. As a Project Coordinator, you will be expected to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities. The role involves working closely with IT, product management, sales, engineering teams, logistics, billing and external partners. You will report to the Director of Projects.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Establish project plans and manage scope within variance thresholds
- Develop and regularly update project schedules with timely resolution of resource conflicts
- Manage the scope, schedule, budget, risks, and follow all change control procedures
- Timely, thorough, and accurate project reporting
- Collaborate with IT Teams and Product Teams to determine resource requirements and scheduling of work packages
- Identify, document, and track risks, assumptions, issues, decisions. Escalate these when necessary to ensure mínimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline
- Comply with PMO policies, processes and procedures

**Essential Skills**
- Experience delivering projects to clients in digital/tech organisations
- The ability to effectively coordinate and plan multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
- Experience of stakeholder management
- The ability to deliver work to a high standard within demanding deadlines
- Experience coordinating key suppliers critical to the overall success of the project
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills

**Desirable Skills**
- A recognised Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, CSM, CPM)
- Experience working on server deployment projects
- Experience working on network/telephony deployment projects
