We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Counsellor to join our vibrant Wellbeing department. The purpose of the Wellbeing team is to support student retention, achievement, and satisfaction, by providing a range of services to support student wellbeing. Student Support Services support students who are experiencing life and wellbeing challenges and enables those students to develop skills that will enable them to manage their difficulties and allow them to participate fully in their academic responsibilities in-order to meet their full potential. Wellbeing Services offer practical support and guidance, counselling support and mental health advice.

The post of Student Counsellor must have significant clinical experience of a minimum of two years of accumulated clinical practice, post qualification, particularly with delivering short-term therapeutic interventions and should be accredited or working towards accreditation with the BACP, UKCP or HCPC.
