Our client a leading Cargo General Sales Agent based in London Heathrow.

**Duties and responsibilities of Reservations Agent**:

- Communicating with freight forwarders, global offices, Airlines & suppliers.
- Inputting reservations to the bespoke internal booking system & Airline Systems.
- Monitoring consignments through transit, updating customers.
- Capacity control management.
- Responding to clients on booking and update requests.
- Handling queries on consignments.
- Completing Flight Booking Lists for GHA's locally.
- Pre-alerting outstations on planned loads.
- Completing day to day operational requirements.
- Previous experience working within an Airline, GHA or GSSA.
- A good understanding of the Air Freight Market.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- A strong PC skills.
