Expectations to succeed

- Developing a culture of success, positivity and happiness
- Aspirational ‘thinking and doing’ to reach and exceed your own goals

A key aspect of our school ethos is the importance of saying thank you. All staff are responsible for ensuring that they thank and acknowledge people for their work. We are first and foremost a team and as such must recognise the value that each one of us brings to the others.
