**Job Title: Social Media Executive - Paid Socials Specialist with WordPress Skills**

**Role Overview**:
As a **Social Media Executive** specialising in Paid Socials and remarketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and customer engagement. Your primary focus will be on developing, implementing, and optimising paid and organic social media campaigns across various platforms.

Additionally, your proficiency in WordPress will be utilized to enhance our online assets and ensure a seamless integration of marketing efforts. SEO maximisation is also part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management - SpEx focused**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Work with the sales teams to identify the core targets for LI advertising for each launch event.
- Identify AI tools that can help to inform the sales team.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Review activities on a daily basis

**Content Creation and Copywriting**:

- Proofreading: Ensure the accuracy and quality of event agendas, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Writing and contributing to industry specific whitepapers/gated content - keeping on top of industry trends and creating content from them.

**WordPress Management**:

- Work with the website lead to utilise WordPress to update and enhance the company website, landing pages, and other digital assets. With a particular focus on maximising the impact of social and content marketing activities
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance for launch & growth stage events.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on the performance of paid social campaigns and website metrics.
- Monthly reporting on Google Analytics and lead sources
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Onsite Social Media Activities**
- Work with the social media lead to deliver best-in-class social media activities at up to 25 conferences per annum.
- Create basic social media videos, graphics and copy
- Proven experience in developing and managing successful paid social media campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and analytics.
- Proficiency in WordPress, with the ability to update and enhance website content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

**Education and Experience**:

- Ideally Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- An understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media.
- An understanding of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS skills.
