- REG085523The Faculty Liaison team sits within the Registry and Academic Affairs (RAA) Department.

In this role you will act as key contact for your designated School or Faculty working closely with academics and administrative colleagues for anything relating to the student journey, supporting students through RAA processes during their time at the University of Nottingham. You will have the flexibility and customer focus to respond to the varying needs of service users and peaks in demand for student activities. You will also work closely with other Registry and Academic Affairs teams and provide support as required. You must be a self-starter with a drive to seek out opportunities to understand current processes and where impact can be made.

With a hands-on, positive approach you must demonstrate a real passion for relationship management, customer service and continuous improvement. The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders will be essential and the confidence to manage their needs, as well as resilience to deal with problems and unexpected situations, offering the best solutions and recommendations to resolve them.

Teamwork, planning and organising skills are also essential to deliver the annual student cycle of activities and events, such as open days, student registration, examination periods and graduation.
