**Job Role: Support Worker - Full-time (35 hours per week) & Part-time (up to 28 hours per week) positions available**

**Shifts: Required to work shifts on a rota basis, Monday - Sunday; working shifts including, early, late or double shifts; 8:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-10:00pm or 8:00am-10:00pm and nights - 10:00pm - 8:00am**

** required to be flexible to cover days, nights and overnights**

**Pay Rate: £10.62 per hour**

**Role Overview**:
We are currently recruiting genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers for our 7 bed Adult Residential Service, Sanderling House (Awarded Outstanding by CQC) in Formby, and here we provide care and support to adults with an acquired brain injury (ABI).

Whether you are new to care or have previous experience, your values are much more important to us. We provide a fantastic training and induction programme that will support you in your role.

You’ll help the people we support to develop their independence in all aspects of everyday life. This could include; personal care, meal preparation, and taking part in hobbies & activities. You’ll be out and about, enjoying life together and no single day will be the same.
