This includes facilitating the overview of governance topics including audit requests & issues; SIIs and facilitating the identification and effective measuring of process controls in line with the Controls Risk Framework and that any issues, risk, or control items are dealt with appropriately in accordance with escalation or change management processes.

Key stakeholder interaction involves TS Management, TS process owners and SMEs, together with the Human Resources (HR) Internal Control Unit and other Control Functions.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Partner with Regional Talent Sourcing (TS) Leads who own the operational execution of the process to ensure the internal control framework operates as expected through the review of monthly HR Control Dashboards for TS, regular regional sample testing performed by the regional TS teams and global control testing performed by the PMO and TS Risk & Control team
- Work with TS process owners and SMEs to plan and confirm the approach to the monitoring of controls and how these controls will be tested
- Run workshops to standardise operating controls; regional sample testing; global control testing and piloting any new approaches and process change as required
- Ensure the summary of global control testing results is provided to TS process owners and SMEs to ensure effective outcomes and improvements to processes and controls. Issues identified are escalated as required and actions required for effective resolution are agreed and followed up
- Identify & highlight trends and key risk areas from global control testing results, including deep dive control testing to identify systematic issues or process fails to Regional TS Leads and Global Head of TS

**Your skills and experience**
- Thorough understanding of risks and related controls, associated with TS
- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills to support impactful communication with stakeholders
- Some experience in providing constructive challenge to Management to support effective outcomes
- Ability to deliver attention to detail and rigorous in execution
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
