International Sales Representative

Company Overview: My client is a UK based FMCG that specializes in providing high-quality products to customers across the globe. They are known for their unique and innovative range which have earned us a loyal customer base both in the UK and internationally.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced International Sales Representative to join our team.. As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities in the UK and USA

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the USA and other international markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and prospecting new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast future sales revenue.
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote products and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the product development team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Provide regular reports to the Director on sales performance and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in international sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in the USA and other international markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience in the tea industry is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
