We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Utilities division for a **Lead Replacement Surveyor**.

As a **Lead Replacement Surveyor** you will be tasked with pushing the green recovery/ lead pipe replacement scheme to members of the public. It will be a customer facing role where you will be out in the field informing potential customers of the benefits of replacing lead service pipes and using your sales skills and industry knowledge to sell the scheme.

Responsibilities.
- Driving to your assigned geographical locations and arriving at your first door for around 9AM.
- Going door to door, informing people of the health, environmental and financial benefits of signing up to the scheme.
- Communicating back to your supervisor regularly, keeping them updated on your progress.
- Once customers have signed up to the scheme, you will use your expertise and industry knowledge to survey the customers land and plan the work.
- You will deliver outstanding customer service and be professional, polite and be an exceptional representative of Capital Group at all times.
- Communicating and working with our green recovery operatives with any information on work you have surveyed and organised.

**Experience**
- Previous excavation and reinstatement experience essential.
- Exceptional Knowledge and understanding on the green recovery. Lead replacement scheme.
- Previous customer service and sales experience.

A full UK driving License.
