SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a not for profit who are looking for a People Advisor to cover the South West and Central regions, This role is fully remote, however you will be expected to travel on occasion to various sites, although this isinfrequent and you will have full autonomy to manage your own diary.

This role will require a DBS check.

**Salary**: £31814 0 £41760 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 35.25 hours per week (family friendly poliicies)
Role:

- Advise, support and coach managers to deal with a range of employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance, managing performance and capability issues, absence management, Employment Tribunals and TUPE transfers
- Advice and support managers during change programmes (restructuring and redesign), exit and redundancy and redeployment programmes, and project manage these where applicable. Assist managers in the consultation process with staff and provide professionalguidance, solutions and support on the implementation process
- Maintain working relationships with UNISON and other employee representatives; attend Local Joint Forum meetings if required. Advise managers regarding the recognition agreement and its impact.
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures coaching managers to understand the implications of their actions and explaining the extent to which discretion is available
- Maintain the local workforce plan - numbers, costs, skills, gaps and potential, providing managers with information to manage their teams, operate efficiently and plan for future needs through appropriate development
- Assist managers with the identification of vacancies, interviewing and administering testing as required
Required:

- CIPD qualification or relevant experience
- Proven track record in operational HR or people management including experience of dealing with complex issues e.g. disciplinaries, grievances, Employment Tribunals. The M&C position will also require experience in a commercial/retail environment.
- Experience of advising managers to develop and performance manage their people
- Knowledge or experience of safeguarding practices
