**Sales Administrator**

**Job Location**:Bournemouth, Dorset

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

**Salary**: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum

A growing distribution company who supplies UK & International resellers with IT products are currently seeking a driven Sales Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking admin team at their offices based in Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company where you will play an important part in contributing to further growth and success which will pride you with a rewarding career.

This busy role will see you supporting the administration team with various duties such as order processing; delivery notes and customs paperwork; assisting with quotations; providing excellent customer service and monitoring stock levels.

**Some of your duties will include;**
- Accurately processing customer orders (around 20 per day)
- Organising preparation & shipping documentation
- Preparing quotations for customers, amending as necessary and administering special negotiations
- Answering inbound calls whilst providing excellent customer service
- Keeping the CRM database up to date with communications and progress
- Previous experience within a customer service / office-based environment
- A natural ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and be a strong team player who can also work using their own initiative
- Good organisational, multitasking and prioritising skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Good IT skills, experience with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook.

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
