**The Role**:
As Senior Sales and Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive array of administrative, coordination, and office support services. Your focus will be on the Sales and Marketing team and Head Office environment while also extending your contributions across the entire company. Your dedication will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of an unparalleled standard of customer service to both our esteemed Partners and Prospects.

You will be involved in a wide variety of activities across the company providing fantastic exposure to all our team, company operations and network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate and support the activities of the sales team, through efficient administration and communication with the team, suppliers, existing Franchise Partners and potential Partners.
- Provide high-quality support to the Platinum head office team and the Board by managing the Head Office facilities and acting as a focal point of contact, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning.
- Liaising with external office suppliers to ensure all equipment and systems are in place for the team to be successful
- Being the superuser of key software (such as CRM system, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and HubSpot) within the business, providing support and training to all team members.
- Ensuring all administration and reporting is recorded, updated and tracked in line with the business reporting requirements, such as board reports, sales reports and marketing plans.
- Plan and assist the sales and marketing team with a wide range of administration tasks for all internal or external events and meetings.
- Ensure the business is up to date in keeping ahead of industry changes and legislation updates
- Make recommendations for new suppliers and connections that would be helpful for the Partner network
- Supporting the end-to-end process for agreed projects, providing regular updates, documenting processes and progress, maintaining project plans and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure consistent communication.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Proven experience in a senior sales admin and or office manager role
- An exceptional customer-centric approach and a collaborative team player
- Ability to communicate effectively, enthusiastically and present with confidence
- Organised, resilient, and calm, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Office 365 and online data storage tools
- Confident networker, able to converse with diverse groups and nurture authentic relationships.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage a busy workload while remaining flexible and agile.

**Hours & Location**:

- Permanent full-time Monday
- Friday role.
- In person office location Bournemouth, Dorset, with the option of hybrid working.
