We're looking for a **Head of Digital Marketing** to join the founding team of a family-owned natural petfood brand. An ecommerce pureplay, their website has been up and running for a number of years with a range of healthy products and an equally healthy turnover. With a smart approach to managing key digital marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, CRM), the Head of Digital Marketing will balance in-house execution and agency support to generate leads, drive website traffic and boost conversion.

**key responsibilities**:

- Measuring and reporting on performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Overseeing CRM campaigns and social media activity (paid and organic), focusing on engagement, growth, loyalty and customer satisfaction
- Using data to inform activity which will drive growth (basket size, repeat purchase, subscription model, etc)
- Working collaboratively with current teams (eg product/supply, IT, Customer Services and the founders)

**LOCATION**: Head Office is based in Dorset. Hybrid working is welcomed with occasional Head Office presence required (2-3 days per month). Ideal for someone looking to relocate to the seaside or commutable from Dorchester, Exeter, Honiton, Weymouth, Lyme Regis, Crewkerne, Yeovil, Taunton and surrounding areas
