Proficient in using Aconex platform for information management system. QA check document and issue them on Aconex, transmit them or put them on the workflow.
- Review subcontractors’ documents and QA check once they have issued them on Aconex. Where required, put them in the workflow.
- Maintain and prepare reports/ registers of - RFIs, NCRs and drawing registers. Update project hard copy drawings.
- Prepare monthly document control report for the project manager to be included in the monthly progress report. This includes drawing issued for the month, drawings status, Request for information (RFI) status, non-conformance report (NCR) register and status.
- Give site inductions for new started
- this is very rare but might be required from time to time.
- Review weekly timesheets and issue for approval. We use Ganetime system. The time sheet will be collated automatically from the head office and sent on Monday’s for review and approval. It will only require checking the hours where missing information, complete and send to the project manager for final approval.
- Maintain deliver tickets, scan and save on the Project share folder.
- Book deliveries & order materials.

**Requirements**:

- MUST HAVE PROFICIENT ACONEX KNOWLEDGE
- EXPERIENCE IN DOCUMENT CONTROL WITHIN CONSTRUCTION IS A MUST
- IMMEDIATE START

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £16.00-£17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Farringdon, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
