**Duties**:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide high-quality childcare and ensure the well-being of the children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for children to explore and grow
- Support children in developing their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
- Collaborate with other educators to create a positive learning environment
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements
- Manage daily routines and ensure the smooth running of the nursery
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working with young children in an early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
**Requirements**:
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
- Valid certifications or licenses as required by local regulations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations in a fast-paced environment
