Night Porter

Hazlewood Castle are looking for a friendly, welcoming & enthusiastic Night Porter to join our team.
Your main duties will include maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel whilst making sure the hotel is secure during the night. Being able to stay self-motivated when working alone and dealing with any needs & concerns for our guests to ensure they have everything they need. Other duties include:

- Check in and out of guests
- Serving drinks on the bar
- Setting up conference rooms to a high standard
- Deal with guest requests to the best of your ability
- Ensure that the hotel is secure at all times by completing security checks throughout the night
- Keeping the public areas clean and tidy
- Ensure meeting rooms are ready for the next day's business
The ideal applicant must be completely trustworthy, presentable, have high standards in all that is done and a team player. Previous night working experience ideally within a hotel environment is preferred but not essential. An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills is essential. The working hours are predominantly 11:00pm to 7:00am, 5 nights out of 7. Must have flexibility to cover holidays and staff sickness. Due to location own transport is essential.

Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: From £9.00 per hour
