Property Design is committed to a buoyant work portfolio of multi-scale projects ranging from new build to refurbishment to conservation building schemes. We work in a collaborative format to deliver best results on energy responsive projects, such as those focussed on achieving Net Zero Carbon and the Passivhaus Standard. Previous Primary School and New Build Housing design experience will be advantageous, but not essential.

In addition, there will be opportunities to enhance your own continued professional development via in-house training programmes, seminars, workshops, and external accredited courses.

Skills, experience, and duties for this role will include:

- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Very good knowledge of Welsh Building Regulations, Planning policies, and design criteria
- Demonstrate a good understanding of design processes
- Time management skills matched with the ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- Competence in construction detailing for buildings

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
