Aqua Sana is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa - one at each Center Parcs location - is uniquely designed, with a minimum of 15 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest treatment houses including Elemis and VOYA.

Aqua Sana is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana during a Spa Day, Luxury Spa Break or for a treatment.

**SPA TRAINING COORDINATOR | Circa £32,000 per annum**

In this role you’ll use your beauty industry experience and commercial awareness to understand the training needs of our Therapists and balance this with business requirements.

We want to provide the very best experience for our guests and as our Training Coordinator, Therapists will rely on your abilities to help them further their treatment skills and product knowledge. To do this, you’ll work closely with the Treatment Manager, devising a training strategy and schedule that maximises opportunities for development in the spa. Regular testing of Therapists will also fall under your remit, which will ensure consistency in Therapist abilities - helping us meet our performance targets.

As you can imagine, you’ll also need to keep abreast of new products and treatments on the market and attend ‘Train the Trainer’ updates and courses on a regular basis, which may be away from your usual place of work.

It really is an exciting opportunity for any experienced Therapist with proven history of training others.

**HOURS OF WORK**

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. You will predominantly be required to work Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required to work some weekends. Shifts will fall between 7am and 9.30pm.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours may include some weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

**ABOUT YOU**

We’re looking for an excellent communicator who can demonstrate significant experience of working in the beauty industry, and who can also relate to our Therapists and cultivate learning opportunities that promote quality outcomes for the business and our guests.

**Essential requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop, support and challenge a team
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry
- Previous experience of delivering training and presenting to groups
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
- Coaches individuals to be accountable for their own performance

**Desirable requirements**:

- Previous experience with a spa / leisure booking systems
