**We are looking for a Regional Sales Consultant to join our Jewson Branch in Godalming (GU7 3HH)**

We are looking for someone with strong communication and commercial awareness, who promotes an inclusive culture for both colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience of working within customer focused role is essential, ideally within a Sales/Account Management role but other backgrounds will also be considered
- Experience working to targets/SLAs
- You will be processing large orders so commercial awareness and attention to detail is essential
- Must have a pro-active approach when dealing with customers, with the ability to solve problems and offer solutions
- Effective communication skills are essential, both verbally (in person and on telephone) and in writing
- Excellent time management skills are also key
- Most skills are transferable so attributes such as enthusiasm, strong work ethic, positive attitude, honesty and reliability are more important than product knowledge

**What will I be doing in the role?**
The purpose of the role is to provide regional and national account customers with a high level of service and act as a single point of contact to meet their requirements. In this role you will;
- Support the Sales Centres defined locations to ensure all branch related enquiries relating to relevant accounts are handled efficiently
- Deliver weekly reports on performance of sales and profit to the Sales Centre Manager
- Liaise with the Centre Manager regarding any ideas to improve sales and profits of the Centre.
- Ensure enquiries from customers are handled efficiently
- Continuously liaise with branch and customers to ensure expectations are being met at all times
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders right through to delivery, ensuring they are updated throughout.
