We’re looking for a strong Finance Administrator to join our Credit Control Team on a 3 month fixed term contract, based in Colwick, Nottingham. This is an office-based role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

This is a one off project within a standalone role with full manager support. You’ll be responsible for processing satisfaction notes, ensuring our backlog is cleared and our systems are bought up to date. This role will include relevant ad-hoc admin workon our system so strong data input and administration experience is essential.

Confidence in using Excel and SAP is desirable, as you’ll be investigating and resolving account discrepancies, alongside the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Experience of transactional processingand multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment will help you to hit the ground running.

You’ll have a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and be a supportive team player. Your positive mind-set and passion for continuous improvement will enable you to take part in this standalone project, and think creatively to find solutions.Excellent time management and organisation skills are a must, alongside strong customer service and credit control experience.
