*Job Description: *
- Physical checking of all prescriptions and orders before their dispatch to patients
- To conduct regular risk assessments
- To work towards time schedules of delivery pickups to ensure that all patients are receiving their medication on time
- Record any errors correctly in line with company policies
- Work in line with all SOP, GPhC and RPS standards at all times
- To cross check consistently to ensure that all patients are receiving the correct medication
- To maintain a consistent workflow, whilst also auditing your service against company targets
- To independently maintain an outstanding knowledge of Pharmacy practice
- To offer advice on medication and relevant processes to patients, prescribers and organisation employees
- Provide advice on medicines and processes to patients, prescribers, and employees of the company

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
