**Job Purpose**
You will work on a range of support requests within the Marine and PC Global Support team. These could include supporting our existing product range, testing of technologies and processes as well as developing a fundamental understanding of key coating attributes. You will also play an essential role in the maintenance of the lab ensuring the seamless execution of experiments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacture, testing & support of existing technologies, products & processes
- Participate in lab maintenance
- Plan & schedule day to day requirements for assigned projects & support activities.
- Communicate progress & issues.
- Use best practice/best solutions to carry-out, evaluate & interpret experiments.
- Suggest conclusions/next steps.
- Identify improvement needs & generate ideas for improvement activities/projects.
- Work & operate safely.

**Job Requirements**
- Secondary education & 6 BCF Level 3, NACE 1, City & Guilds equivalent.
- Experience in a similar R&D role would be beneficial however happy to provide training
- Familiar with relevant experimental, development and/or analytical approaches or techniques.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
