**Requirements**:
To manage the staff team, maintain harmony and ensure effective care of individuals in their own home.

To have a good working knowledge of the policies within the organisation, contribute to the construction and review of these and ensure the staff team adhere to these standards.

To ensure the provision is of a constructive and caring framework in which individuals are encouraged to achieve their maximum potential and independence in their homes.

To monitor quality assurance through conducting regular audits.

To continually gain and update knowledge of supporting individuals with physical disabilities as well as learning disabilities and to inform other members of staff through their experience. This may involved attending relevant training courses and reporting back to staff members and the Registered Manager.

Liaison with external agencies, family members and other professional bodies.

Provide some on-call service in the event of sickness and holidays and also for general advice to staff.

Check, supervise and maintain accurate and clear records and reports.

Conduct, organise and participate in regular staff meetings, keyworker meetings and managerial meetings.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments with the Registered Manager as the need arises.

Full training provided to ensure you are able to fulfil the role if you are successful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
