We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a critical role on behalf of Aldridge Education in handling the day-to-day HR operations of Brighton Aldridge Community Academy, Portslade Aldridge Community Academy and Aldridge Adult Learning, ensuring efficient and effective human resources support for staff and faculty.

**About BACA**

Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA) opened in September 2010, and a year later moved into its brand-new building, equipped with new sports, entrepreneurship and IT facilities, and a dedicated sixth form area.

BACA is in the unique position of having two higher-education establishments, Sussex and Brighton Universities, in its immediate proximity. This enables the academy to work closely with them, share their expertise, access their resources, and give students a taste of Higher Education.

Aldridge Adult Learning provides daytime and evening adult education courses classes with a focus on skills for live courses (English, maths, digital skills and ESOL), along with a handful of vocational specialisms linked to local need (Education, Health & Social Care, Childcare).

AAL also offers apprenticeships in teaching support and we plan to expand our apprenticeship offer to further train young people and adults with the high quality vocational and technical skills our services within the Trust and employers in the communities we serve need.
