A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are currently looking to recruit a Fixed cost analyst.

Annual rate is between 27k to 37k depending on experience.

Role to involve:
We have a fantastic career opportunity available for a Fixed Cost Analyst to join our team for a 3-month contract. Reporting to the Head of Fixed Costs, the Fixed Cost Analyst will assist the General & Administrative (G&A) and Fixed Marketing Expenses (FME)controllers in their daily tasks by monitoring and controlling the fixed and variable expenditures. The Fixed Cost Analyst will produce monthly accounts and management reports including full variance analysis and being the point of reference for queries relatingto expenditures. The Fixed Cost Analyst will support the Head of fixed costs in consolidating data and harmonising processes at a high level.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables include:
*Assisting in producing Budgets & Forecasts (running reports, data analysis)
- Assisting in month end closure ensuring that the brands funding covers any future liabilities (ie. Processing journal, data extract and reporting, variances analysis)
- Prepare costs and sales information, highlighting variances and queries to forecasts to enable the G&A and FME Controllers to prepare an action plan
- Animation & monitoring of various cost centres
- Consolidate fixed costs information at high level
- Creation/Updating of IAA Rebills
- Reconciliation of accounts & POs to be undertaken to close POs and release funds if relevant
- Assist with Admin accounting (i.e. outstanding invoices) and reporting when required
- Self-motivated with drive and ambition.
- Have the ability to work accurately and effectively under severe time pressure, whilst maintaining the intellectual capacity to question, analyse commercial and accounting data
- Ability to think on their feet and handle and control the resolution of all such problems.
- Must exhibit the ability to be able to adapt quickly and easily to change with the desire to question information given with a view to improving departmental efficiency.
- Have the confidence to present information to management & other departments
- Must be proficient in Excel

Assignment length is 3 months

Hybrid working, will need to be able to travel to Coventry.
