**Early Years Teaching Assistant - Brent - September 2024**

If so, a busy and exciting Brent Primary School are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2024. This is a term time only role, working Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

**About the School**:
This oversubscribed and busy Brent Primary School welcome pupils from Nursery to Year 6. They pride themselves in providing a supportive, community environment within which children can flourish. They seek to stimulate the love of learning in children so that they want to learn for themselves and achieve to the very best of their abilities. Every child is valued as an individual and encouraged to develop their best-selves within a setting where they are happy, well cared for and, most importantly, where they care for each other. Staff in this school are very hard working and committed to ensuring pupils receive the very best support. Staff wellbeing is very important at this school -staff are receive excellent support from the senior leadership team and work exceptionally well as colleagues.

**About the role**:
The Early Years Teaching Assistant will provided 1:1 SEN support and whole class learning support. The successful applicant will be confident and energetic with the ability to create a safe, nurturing and academically engaging learning environment for pupils.

Key Requirements for the Early Years Teaching Assistant:

- Ability to deliver tailored intervention programmes
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Ability to create excellent working relationships with students
- Excellent organisation skills
- A calm and nurturing practitioner
- Committed to ensuring pupils achieve their full potential
- An excellent team player who will contribute to wider areas of school life
- A professional manner
