Join us as a Strategy, Customer Experience & Proposition Lead
- Take on a leading role as you provide effective strategy definition and execution across the product delivery and sales teams in the bank
- You’ll be using competitor and customer feedback to complete market gap analysis and confirm our long-term vision and goals

**What you'll do**:
In this key role, you’ll use competitor and customer feedback to produce market gap analysis and set the long-term goals for the business. You’ll work with the business development manager to transform the telemarketing function into a telesales culture and coordinate internal and external lead generation initiatives including social media and content production.

Additionally, you’ll be:

- Creating a strategic plan to reduce client leakage and support customer retention
- Leading the capability journey for products and helping managers to expand their knowledge
- Acting as an ambassador for the products and generating customer satisfaction
- Managing and where necessary, escalating conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes

**The skills you'll need**:
To join us in this role, we’re looking for you to hold an appropriate professional qualification such as an NVQ4, certificate, diploma or degree in either employment law, HR, SHE or regulatory consultancy. You’ll also be an excellent communicator and have experience of working in a commercial environment with relationships at a senior management level.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- The ability to identify and implement business solutions, including bespoke services
- Experience of leading colleagues and developing high performing teams
- An ability to work alone as a self-starter, as well as lead and collaborate with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
