We have an exciting new opportunity in our head office for a Project Administrator to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality care and service and are looking for someone who shares this passion.

As Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Procure relationships with Property Agents
- Review properties submitted by Franchisees as to their viability
- Conduct an inspection of a property to see if viable
- Manage Banana Moon Projects once we have keys to the property via Project Management System.
- Report to Head of Business Development on Projects and Property Searches
- Work closely with head office teams on Franchisee Relationships
- Constant review of the property search and process to improve and optimise processes
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite
- Proficient use of progect management software

No prior experience is necessary but experience in property negotiations and project management is desirable. Full clean driving licence required.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

This role requires a DBS at the Enhanced level - the cost of which will be met by the company.

The employee will be required to be registered and remain registered (annual subscription) on the Update Service at the cost of the employee.
