Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent standard of customer service to the academies within the Trust; through the timely, accurate and efficient processing of financial transactional data. Ensuring that all transactions are processed in linewith the Trust's policies, internal processes and external regulation.

**Client Details**

A partnership of schools in the West of England region spanning through Bristol, Keynsham and Bath, they provide high-quality education for all students. They are looking for 2x Finance Adminstrator for delivery of the transactional financial operations.

**Description**

**Supplier Management**
- Responsible for process invoices in the accounting system following the accounting procedures to ensure invoices are available to pay within the agreed terms
- Processing purchase order requests within the Trust's finance system, ensuring that they are appropriately authorised and coded
- Responsible for creating new suppliers on the system
- Assist in the production of payment runs
- Regular review and resolution of aged creditors, credit notes and unallocated cash
- Ownership of supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution

**Cash Management**
- Receive and prepare all income for banking. Carry out the banking and input control journals
- Maintain the cashless payment systems including cashless catering systems and ensure that school funds and trip financial arrangements are in order
- Liaise with the Finance Business Partners over petty cash requirements

**Employee Payroll and Expenses**
- Process staff expenses in the payroll and accounting system in line with internal policy and HMRC regulations
- Process supply and overtime claims in the payroll system

**Sales Ledger**
- Raise debtor invoices in the accounting system
- Monitoring and resolution of aged debtors, supporting the debt collection process in a timely manner by producing reports and escalating debt issues when necessary

**Profile**

**Qualifications**
- AAT part-qualified / Business and Finance qualification or equivalent experience
- Desirable
- 5 GCSE passes at grade C or above or equivalent, including Math's and English
