We have an exciting opportunity for an HLTA or someone with relevant in school experience to support us setting up & running an inclusive space to support our children with complex needs.
**About the role**:
- Work alongside the SENCO/SLT to establish an Inclusion Intervention space in our school.
- To effectively lead, plan and facilitate the intervention for identified pupils on the SEND register.
- Help all children reach their full potential in school working in collaboration with class teachers.
- To work alongside and lead TAs within the intervention space including staff training.
- Work effectively with external agencies & parents/carers
- Have a flexible approach to provision
We are a busy two form entry primary school on the outskirts of Brighton. We offer a friendly working environment and wonderful sea views We have many links with the local community and are well supported by a strong governing body.
