**Customer Service Advisor / Order Support Assistant & Coordinator** who has excellent administrative, organisational, time-management and communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner is required for a well-established and leading print solution and telecoms provider based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

**SALARY**:£22,000 - £24,000 per annum + Benefits

**LOCATION**:Hertford, Hertfordshire

**JOB TYPE**:Full-Time, Permanent

**WORKING HOURS**:Monday to Friday

Working as a Customer Service Advisor / Order Support Assistant & Coordinator you will have an excellent opportunity to join the Service Department at one of the UK’s leading print management companies.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor / Order Support Assistant & Coordinator will include:

- Providing a professional service to customers and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Take responsibility and ownership of customer service requests and keep the customer informed for their orders or possible back orders
- Clearing down completed toner orders
- Managing all collections of surplus toners and checking these have been accounted for in the warehouse
- Arranging same day couriers and raising purchase orders for them
- Corresponding with the warehouse on toner orders and back orders

- A professional, positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to take ownership and accountability without daily guidance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
