As a **Maintenance Supervisor** you’ll play a key role in ensuring we can deliver our services in a clean, safe and pleasant environment, so our residents and staff can feel proud of their surroundings. Coordinating the delivery of essential maintenance and cleaning duties within the home, you’ll support the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of cleanliness, an efficient service and Health and Safety compliance are maintained at all times.Our **Maintenance Supervisors** need a good understanding of health and safety and must be skilled in routine maintenance activities. You’ll also have experience of supervising staff, as you’ll line manage the home’s housekeeping team. - This role does involve some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid.
